Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

Nirixan (“Nirixan”, “we”) is an early-stage project, currently pre-incorporation, founded by Ajay Partap Singh. This policy explains what we collect through nirixan.com and during pilots, and how we handle it. We follow the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). When Nirixan is incorporated, we will update this policy to name the registered entity as the data fiduciary.

In short: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply and run your pilot, never sell it, never use your papers to train public AI models, and delete it on request.

What we collect

How we use it

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form or send materials. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).

Who we share it with

We share data only with processors needed to provide the service, under confidentiality obligations.

Question papers & student data

Cross-border transfer

Our host (Cloudflare) operates globally; we store submissions in the Asia-Pacific region. AI processing during a pilot may occur outside India. By sharing data you consent to such transfer for the purposes stated above.

Retention & deletion

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Cloudflare with access limited to the founder. As an early-stage project we cannot yet claim formal certifications (e.g. ISO 27001); we will strengthen this as we grow.

Your rights (DPDP)

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will act within a reasonable time.

Grievance & contact

Grievance Officer: Ajay Partap Singh, Founder, Nirixan. Reach us via the contact form or WhatsApp. We will publish a dedicated grievance email at incorporation.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change. Material changes affecting pilots will be communicated to pilot partners.
