How Nirixan reads a lesson.

Nirixan listens to the audio of a class and scores the teaching against nine NEP 2020 pedagogy parameters — each with timestamped evidence and one concrete suggestion — then rolls them into one transparent classroom-alignment score. It’s decision-support for a teacher’s own reflection, not a rating of the person.
